Stephanie traverse une mauvaise passe. Vendeuse de lingerie tout juste licenciée, elle demande à son cousin Vinnie de l'embaucher comme chasseuse de primes. Pour son premier dossier, elle doit capturer Joe, un policier avec qui elle a eu une histoire quand ils étaient au lycée. Elle le retrouve facilement mais ne parvient pas à l'arrêter.
