Le gouvernement de Baghdad  a appelé la Turquie à retirer "immédiatement" ses troupes du territoire irakien après le déploiement de soldats turcs dans les environs de Mossoul, deuxième ville d'Irak, mais aussi fief de l'"Etat islamique" l'organisation terroriste qui veut établir un "califat" .

Les autorités irakiennes demandent aux autorités turques de retirer "immédiatement" ses troupes envoyées pour entraîner des groupes armés irakiens "sans l'aval du gouvernement" de Baghdad .
