While their village was spared during the latest round of aggression from Azerbaijan, strengthening their community and others nearby has been an area of work we've been proud to support together with @sahman_ngo. You gave the Mkhitaryans professional woodworking equipment in 2018, allowing them to expand their family business and build fruit storage boxes to sell to farmers for the cold winter season in Armenia. With a more stable income, they and others like them are able to continue living in their ancestral homes.
